About Sea Smoke's Botella Wines:
Botella’s grapes are sourced from neighboring vineyards of the Sea Smoke estate most notably Fiddlestix, Sanford & Benedict and Our Lady of Guadalupe. It's shaped with a gentle hand, echoing the estate’s signature elegance while offering its own bright immediacy. Similar to the approach we take with our estate wines, winemaking features separate fermentations by block with gentle cap management. Botella features less time on the skins, earlier picks for bright aromatics, shorter barrel aging, and lower new French oak impact.
