Bright grapefruit and Mandarin orange peel lead the charge, grounded by fresh pea shoots and Meyer lemon for that unmistakable Sancerre profile. A wisp of smoky flint adds nuance to the wine's texture, while taut acidity keeps everything precise and focused. Always limited—and always a treat.
