The NV Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Téthys Grand Cru (2020 base) is bright, focused and beautifully delineated. The blend of 68% 2020 juice and 32% reserve wine yields a Champagne with a terrific mix of vibrancy and complexity. There's tons of aromatic and flavorcomplexity here, and a good bit of backing structure too. Chamomile, dried herbs, pear and dried lemon confit linger. Dosage is 1.5 grams per liter.
