The palate is offering raspberry, blueberries, violets, lavender, hints of fresh herbs oak, vanilla, blackberry, plum, leather, earth, and spices. Pair this wine with grilled and roasted red meats, pizza, pasta, or mature strong cheeses.
NAME ORIGIN: Promiscua, sourced from our three promiscuously and regeneratively farmed vineyards, pay homage to the Ancient Roman practice of Agricultura Promiscua. This ancient practice championed the tenets of biodiversity and polyculture by interplanting different crops among the vines, including trees. The results? Robust, healthy vineyards capable of producing wines of impeccable quality.
