"The Second Wine:" The second wine, La Chartreuse de Coutet, was created in 1977 by the Baly family and benefits from the same care as the grand vin. The nose reveals barley sugar, toasted pineapple and mango aromas together with lemon and ginger notes. On the palate, a fresh and mineral attack is followed by a burst of tropical fruit flavours. Overall, this is a fresh and succulent wine.
