Winemaker Notes
This is a pale salmon-pink with coppery highlights. Aromas unfold with wild red berries, blood orange, and dried herbs, followed by notes of white pepper, rose petals, and crushed stone. The palate is taut and driven. Mourvedre brings saline, savory, and mineral notes with a core of red currant, pink grapefruit, and green strawberry. Cinsault brings a delicate lift of freshness, while Grenache adds soft fruit tones that round out the mid-palate. The finish is long and energetic, underscored by herbal bitterness and a firm, almost chalky salinity.
