Winemaker Notes
With his brother Nicolas’ untimely death, Pascal Reverdy decided to carry on the work they'd started together – helped by Nicolas’ widow Sophie and his own wife Nathalie. Pascal works his 14 ha of vineyards manually and organically, to produce incredible Sancerre  and Sancerre Rose.
 
Tasting Note
A delicate and vibrant rosé with a pale salmon hue. The nose opens with wild strawberry, red currant, rose petal, and subtle hints of herbaceous thyme and citrus zest. The palate is fresh and lively, showcasing juicy red berry flavours, crisp acidity, and a fine mineral streak. The finish is clean, refreshing, and gently persistent—perfect for summer.
