With his brother Nicolas’ untimely death, Pascal Reverdy decided to carry on the work they'd started together – helped by Nicolas’ widow Sophie and his own wife Nathalie. Pascal works his 14 ha of vineyards manually and organically, to produce incredible Sancerre  and Sancerre Rose.
The Reverdy Sancerre Rose is a dry, elegant, subtle, and delicious wine with medium plus acidity and medium body. Flavors of red cherries, yellow flowers, strawberry, melon, and Bartlett pear with notes of vanilla, wet stone caress the palate. Lovely with oysters and other shellfish.
