93 Points Somm Journal
Textbook from the mousse onward, this salmon-hued blend of primarily Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier with a smaller percentage of Chardonnay emits aromas of raspberry and yeastiness that make room for flashes of apricot, almond, and floral notes; the palate, meanwhile, sits in the center of the Venn diagram linking consummate freshness to red-berry fruitiness to elegance, framed by the slightest of tannins.

Pouring an electric pink color, the NV Champagne Imperial Brut Rose is initially a bit reserved aromatically and opens to juicy aromas of apricot, pressed flowers, and fresh berries. Fluffy and inviting, it’s primary with ripe red fruit through the palate and has a clean and supple finish. Easy-drinking and poppy with fruit, it’s marked by notes of late summer fruits without feeling cloying on the finish.

90 Points Wine Enthusiast
Red-fruit and citrus aromas come through strongly on this ripe, full Champagne. It has a touch of structure as well as red-fruit and lime flavors.
90 Points Wine Spectator
A fresh, minerally rosé, with a burst of pink grapefruit peel–infused acidity driving flavors of white cherry, raspberry, salted almond and lemon thyme as they ride the lively, lacy mousse. Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay.
Winemakers notes
Rosé Imperial displays a pink color with amber highlights. Lively and intense, the bouquet exudes red fruits (wild strawberry, raspberry, cherry) with floral nuances of rose and a slight hint of pepper. On the palate, the wine shows a juicy intensity of berries (strawberry, raspberry, red currant) rounded out by the fleshiness and firmness of peach and the freshness of a subtle note of mint.
