It's a rich, concentrated, yet incredibly well-balanced white that will absolutely shine on the dinner table.

Chimney Rock Elevage Blanc is a deep straw color. This wine is heady with aromas of white peach, fresh papaya, along with hints of white floral vanilla, caramel and brioche. This wine is full bodied, rich with lots of viscosity and weight. It has bright acidity with a lovely lift and long finish.
