Bright and spicy, Trefethen Cabernet Franc celebrates the savory. We embrace this variety’s characteristic green notes, pairing them with vibrant red fruit and light silky tannins. Stemming from our deliberate and restrained approach to winemaking, this small-lot wine is a vivid reflection of both our estate vineyards in Napa Valley and the vintage. Rich aromas of cherry and black pepper are balanced with earthy notes of clove and black tea. On the palate, silky tannins dance with flavors of raspberry and carry through to a lively, prolonged finish.
