On the nose, ripe red berry fruit with subtle spice. On the palate, more red fruit comes through with light tannins and lively acidity. Pair with a charcuterie board, lighter chicken fare, or BBQ’d burgers.
A blend of Pinot Noir from Mercury in Burgundy and Gamay, and Syrah from other regions in France.
