What an extraordinary Chardonnay value from Ken Wright. The "wow" factor begins with the wine's Granny Smith apple, lime zest, fresh-cut grass and vanilla bean aromas. There's also an earthy mineral note hovering in the background that is similar to post-rain petrichor. The wine's lemon, lime, ripe papaya and salty marcona almond flavors zip across the palate, propelled by its brisk acidity. This is the total Chardonnay package for a very reasonable price.
