Winemaker Notes
This rosé has a medium body while staying graceful and light on its toes. The fruit component is slightly sweet and inviting, with just enough umami and earth to ground it. The finish is long and bright, begging for another sip. Like all of my wines, this bottling reflects a hands-off winemaking style, and draws focus to the vibrant delicacy, heady aromatics, and natural acidity that are the hallmarks of a well-balanced wine.
