Winemaker Note
A rich and heady nose of white fruit compote with a touch of vanilla. Silky and floral on the palate. 70% Viura, 30% White Garnacha; alcohol: 14%; Finca de la Moza vineyard in D.O.C. Rioja at 2300 feet; vines planted 1968; clayey-calcareous, ferrous, alluvial soil; hand harvested; destemmed; fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel and concrete tanks; malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels; aged at least 6 months in barrel.
