Winemaker Notes
Our 2021 Jerusalem Hill is a harmonious, aromatic blend of lavender, raspberry, and a touch of nori. On the palate, this Pinot Noir unfolds with richness, boasting notes of cherries, dates, and plums. A weightier offering in our portfolio, it showcases more defined structural elements, exuding power, and muscularity while retaining an enticing juiciness. Reminiscent of a Wild West wine, it achieves a remarkable balance with resolved tannins adding to the overall finesse. This Pinot Noir pairs exceptionally well with dishes like cocoa-dusted pork loin or carnitas tacos.
