Blend: 45% Ugni Blanc, 34% Colombard, 15% Chardonnay, 6% Gros Manseng.
 
Winemaker Notes:
Dry white wine, fruity, lively with a good finish. Balanced and harmonious. Finale sweet. Each grape variety is vinified separately. Small skin maceration for the Colombard and the Gros Manseng. Crispy and zesty wine, very pleasant, especially enjoyed with tarts and cakes either salty or sweet, with seafoods, grilled fishes, some cheese. Age of Vines: 30 years average.
