Maison Nicolas, along with other winemakers in the region, offers a range of products that place the surrounding terroir at the center stage. Several regional varieties are mixed with classic varieties, which results in a fresh, fruity blend that suits every taste and mood. Each year, Nicolas asks his own team of oenologists to assess the quality of his wines in order to offer his clients the vintage’s best possible expression. Bottling is done in excellent conditions, both on a sanitary point of view as well as on the preservation of the original quality of the wines. Furthermore, Nicolas selects winemakers that are committed to apply integrated agricultural practices to offer quality products while promoting practices that are more respectful of the environment.
