Winemaker Notes
Pinot Noir Estate is a slow-shuttered snapshot of each vintage, uniquely expressing the fruit, earth, and weather of our estate vineyard. We listen carefully to the grape, our winemaking role to coach and coax the essence and history into a fine bottle of wine.
Baking spice and sweet cherry crostata, braised apple and late season fruits are in harmony with early season bright notes of rhubarb and strawberry and cedar forest. The tannins are fine-grained yet give something to chew on.
 
Food Pairings
A classic pinot that evokes dreams of picnic lunches, roast chicken, spaghetti, cold lamb sandwiches, or a sweet potato curry.
