The fruit for this Chardonnay is grown on the Chalk Hill estate, with some sourced from vineyards throughout the Russian River Valley. Fermented in stainless steel and aged for 10 months in 30% new French oak, this wine is bright, rich, and brisk, showcasing vibrant stone fruit character with notes of apple and pear. Complemented by fantastic baking spices, a hint of fresh ginger, and a streak of salty minerality, it finishes with medium- to full-bodied balance. This Chardonnay is a fantastic value for pairing with roast chicken and potatoes.
