About the Producer
The domaine was founded in 2000 by Ms. Agnes Paquet, a relatively young but well-respected wine producer. She originally worked in finance in Paris, but the family legacy included some vineyards, which inspired her to return to her hometown. Passionate about devoting herself to winemaking. Through years of hard work and careful management, she now owns about 13 hectares of vineyards, distributed in several famous producing areas in Burgundy.
Her winemaking philosophy emphasizes respect for nature and tradition. Committed to sustainable grape growing methods that minimize the use of chemicals to ensure the pure quality of the grapes. During the winemaking process, she pursues the goal of making each wine truly reflect the characteristics of its place of origin and show the unique terroir of Burgundy.
Her wines have won praise from critics and enthusiasts for their purity, elegance and outstanding quality. She is considered the leader of Burgundy’s new generation of winemakers, bringing new energy and innovation to the winemaking region.
