Winemaker Notes
Bouchard Père et Fils is a large, long-standing Burgundy wine estate based in Beaune. It is a major vineyard owner in the Côte d`Or and produces over 100 wines, mostly from Pinot Noir or Chardonnay. It also produces wines from other appellations in the Maconnais, Côte Chalonnaise, and Beaujolais regions. This village-level Meursault is aged for 8-10 months in 15% new oak and for 2-3 months in stainless-steel vats. Expect citrus and orchard fruit, complemented by crisp acidity and hints of oak.
