Blend: 18% Gewurztraminer18, % Viognier, 14% Chenin Blanc, 14% Riesling, 14% Pinot Gris14%,  Sauvignon Blanc and 8% Chardonnay
Tasting Notes:
Electrifying, fresh, and vibrant. It’s multi-layered, and with each swirl a new note a hite peach, blood
orange, guava, green apple, and almond.
Winemaking Notes:
Stainless steel and neutral barrel. Some co-fermentation of certain components. Aged three months in barrel and two months in stainless steel prior to bottling. Tangerine, orange peel,yuzu, jasmine, andchamomile fly out of the glass.
