The wine's lemon scent is a rich mix of curd and zest, with bursts of white tea and wet slate adding interest. Acidity that is just enough to whet the whistle highlights the lighter-bodied Viognier's flavors of lemon drop hard candies, complete with the white powder coating, and saline. With its crisp mouthfeel and citrus-driven qualities, this is quite a refreshing sip. 
 
Winemaker Notes
The Illahe Viognier erupts with ripe nectarine and anjou pear aroma out of the glass. Waiting behind the fresh stone fruit is notes of violet and honeysuckle. Glacial flour minerality meets with dried mango in the palate. A clean acidity drives this Willamette Valley Viognier.
