A dark red-cherry scent is elevated by aromas of toasted wood and oregano on the nose of this bottling, which includes 2% Malbec and 1% Petit Verdot. That red-fruit core is dusted in cinnamon, peppercorn and thyme on the complex palate, which finishes with a pencil shaving touch.
