Bright, focused and seamless, this biodynamically farmed Chardonnay is aged in one-third concrete and only 10% new oak. Spiced pear, pineapple and river rock aromas on the nose give way to flavors of Meyer lemon, apricot and dried sage on the tightly packed palate before a marvelous finish with charging, darting acidity.

The 2022 Chardonnay Olivet Ranch is subtle, understated and quite classy. Light tropical notes, jasmine, tangerine peel and lemon confit all run through this mid-weight, airy Russian River Chardonnay. This silky, soft white is quite the charmer.
Winemaker Note
This wine comes from our uppermost mountain vineyard grown at 2000 ft above the Pacific. Sobrante loam soils packed with red chert support the beautifully terraced rows, with both head trained and cordon trained vines wrapping around the slope of the mountain.
Lemon rind and granny smith apple on the nose joins together with a layered palate of bright acidity.
