The 2022 Brouilly Enfer des Balloquets has a perfumed, floral bouquet with dark cherry and wild strawberry fruit, and a hint of violet. The palate is medium-bodied with saturated tannins. A fine-boned Brouilly with a smooth and harmonious texture, showing more grip and backbone than the Foudre No. 5 on the finish. Bon yin.
 
Winemaker Notes
The estate is based on sustainable agriculture, respect and development of auxiliary fauna, manual sorting, long, traditional and natural vinification.It was Robert's harvesters who christened this cuvée. The slopes of Les Balloquets are indeed unforgivable for the pickers who have to pick the small bunches on a slope of 40%.
