Winemaker Notes
The wine has notes of cherries and berries with herbal accents. The palate has subtle mineral notes with soft, polished tannins, and a touch of spice on the finish. A full bodied wine, made with the most representative Sardinian grape variety. Aged in oak casks, its bouquet is pronounced and its color is brilliant. Perfect to accompany red meat and seasoned cheese.
