Blend: 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 18% Merlot, 2% Petite Sirah.The 2019 Adaptation Cabernet Sauvignon is a gorgeous expression of Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon from a superb vintage. Revealing blackberries, black currants, crème de cassis, with hints of espresso, cocoa powder, and fine gravely undertones, this seamless full-bodied wine carries remarkable freshness and purity, delivering up front appeal with long-term potential. Adaptation presents a chance for the Odette Estate winemaking team to explore vineyards outside the verdant walls of our Stag’s Leap Estate. Here, we can partner with trusted friends and growers from across the Napa Valley to produce eminently approachable and seductive Cabernets, Petite Sirahs and other varietals that occasionally strike our fancy and present them to our customers at competitive pricing. These are our favorite “Tuesday night wines”.
