So much toffee and burnt sugar. Oyster and iodine. Like bitter liqueur. It’s full-bodied and sweet, but not overpowering. Wonderful, sweet finish. Drink now.
 
Winemaker Notes
Dark mahogany. Its movement tints the glass with iodized tones. Raisined fruits (grapes, plums, dates, dried peaches) and an orange peel citric touch. When shaken, notes of liquorice, coffee, cinnamon and cocoa stand out. Sweet and velvety, which off sets the acidity and bitterness and allows a good balance in palate.
