Based on the 2015 vintage, with fully 35% reserve wines and disgorged in September 2019, the NV Royale Réserve Non Dosé exhibits aromas of crisp orchard fruit, honey and almond paste. Medium to full-bodied, vinous and concentrated, with a bracing spine of acidity and a youthfully frothy mousse, it's tensile and precise, and it really needs another year or two on cork to unwind.

The NV Brut Royale Réserve Non-Dosé, based on 2015, is creamy, ample and inviting, with the radiance of the vintage adding weight and texture that are both quite welcome at the entry-level. Apricot, dried flowers, herbs and almond notes build in a delicious, inviting NV Champagne from Philipponnat. The 35% réserve wines add character and layers of nuance. Dosage is 8 grams per liter.
