Winemaker Notes
Pleasing aromas of mocha and roasted coffee beans,  followed by juicy flavours of red berries, nutmeg and vanilla spice on the palate. Sourced from selected older vineyards in the Agter-Paarl region in Western Cape, South Africa. Unirrigated bush-vine vineyards. Mostly Malmesbury Shale soils meaning good water retention with the high clay content imparting minerality and fresh acidity to the wines.
