This whole cluster carbonic Pinot Noir starts fruit forward with cherry scented whole cluster spice (cardamom), a light touch of anise, espresso bean and a hint of Aperol leading into a vibrant palate that is lush with dark plum and finishes with smooth slightly chalky tannin. Serve with a slight chill for a great summer red!
