A savoury, smokey nose with some honey and mineral elements. Richly fruited on the palate, with fresh citrus, nectarine and flinty characters. Lengthy finish.

From the Montmains sector itself, made in foudre. Pale lemon and lime in colour. More stone fruit than lush fruit on the nose. The riper elements of the vintage sit lightly on top of a clean classical core, with an agreeable freshness.
 
Winemaker Notes
Peach and nectarine, complemented by a hint of gun flint. The palate is generous and creamy, showcasing blanched nuts and a savoury complexity. An intriguing finish of salty oyster shell.
