Bright yellow color. Very fresh and mineral on the nose, Louis Robins places great emphasis on highlighting the aromas of white flowers, ripe citrus fruits, quince and star fruit. Balanced fruit combined with an animating minerality on the palate, rounded off by a melting saline component. Rich in finesse, long, persistent finish. 100% vinified in stainless steel tanks to retain the taste and freshness of the grape variety. This wine will go perfectly with aperitives, seafood, shellfish and white meat.
