My gosh does this wine float on gossamer wings. It is lighter bodied, with a lithe texture and the kind of tannins and acidity that you can make silk sheets with. The Grand Assemblage sports aromas of cherries, lavender and fresh-baked bread, while its flavors feature red raspberries and a touch of lemon-lavender cake.

Baking spices, wild strawberries and grilled herbs on the nose. Medium-bodied with fresh acidity and a vivid core of forest berries on the mid-palate. Succulent and lively finish. Drink or hold.
Winemaker Notes:
Pale ruby with rose petal, watermelon, tamari, almond, plum, and toasted marshmallow aromas. Flavors of brambly berries, Earl grey, orange peel, and bitter dark chocolate. Somehow dark and complex in the nose but ethereal and elegant on the palate with rustic tannins that evolve into a soft and lengthy finish.
