The 2021 Pinot Noir Ribbon Springs Vineyard is spicy from the first tilt of the glass, with a burst of black rwaspberry up front accentuated by notes of clove and sweet, minty herbs. This is fleshy in feel, with juicy acidity and ripe red and blue fruits that slowly saturate as fine-grained tannins mount.
