The 2023 Cave Blend opens with inviting aromas of dark bramble fruit and ripe black cherry layered with hints of cinnamon and dried rose petal. On the palate, the wine is supple and polished, revealing flavors of dark plum, blackberry, and warm baking spice supported by soft tannins and a silky texture.
Cabernet Sauvignon provides the backbone of the blend, while the supporting varietals add vibrancy and complexity. The finish is smooth, generous, and lingering, making this wine exceptionally versatile and easy to enjoy.
