A crisp, beautifully balanced 100% Cinsault rose from the Herault, the 2025 Vin De France Cinsault Rose has a light salmon hue and a nose of dried citrus, dried herbs, and salty minerality. It's medium- bodied on the palate, with clean acidity and a great finish. I think it's clearly outstanding and is perfect for summertime drinking.
 
Winemaker Note
Vinified and matured by Jeff Carrel from cinsault.  A light-bodied wine, intensely crisp and vividly fresh, it offers complex aromas of strawberries and red currants, with a hint of quince. As an aperitif it is the perfect warm weather gulper and also pairs well with a wide range of salads, seafoods, lighter dishes and grilled white meats and poultry.
