The 2025 Southern Roots Rosé leads with aromas of strawberries, honey-herbed crème fraiche and raspberries. On the palate this salmon-hued wine offers brilliant flavors of mixed summer berries and Morello cherries along with an intriguing hint of tarragon on the crisp lingering finish. Composed of 55% Malbec, 30 Cabernet Sauvignon, and 15% Grenache, the wine has enough weight to be savored year-round, the bright, food friendly acidity of this wine makes it a wonderful summer companion to grilled favorites such as scallops wrapped in bacon or prosciutto, or fresh snapper, as well as the wide range of lighter fare.
