Blend: 50% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, 15% Pinot Meunier
95 Points Tasting Panel
Boasting the texture of billowing silk, this Chardonnay-dominant brut cuvée openly appeals with aromas of buttery brioche, lime blossom, and ripe peach-the latter of which Laurent-Perrier forms a bridge on the palate between the creaminess of pear frangipane and lemon sherbet and the freshness of lemongrass and yuzu, edged by a light stroke of chalk.
93 Points James Suckling
This is lovely, the aromas and flavors run long into the finish with notes of light butter biscuits, subtle cooked apples and peaches. It's full yet balanced and long. Lovely texture. Lots of flavor and polished textured bubbles. The base in the current release is 2016 vintage. 50% chardonnay, 35% pinot noir and 15% pinot meunier. Disgorged in December 2022.

Fragrant on the nose, showing notes of chalk, smoke and toast. This brightly buoyant Champagne features flavors of pear, black cherry, tangerine peel, spun honey and white blossoms, with a delicate but persistent perlage. Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.

Evoking aromas of menthol, white fruits, lemon oil and warm biscuits, the NV Brut La Cuvée possesses a medium to full-bodied, round and supple palate with good depth at the core and a charming, fresh, ethereal finish. For this release, the percentage of Chardonnay in this cuvée has been slightly increased, making it a blend of 52% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 13% Pinot Meunier. Based on the 2018 vintage, complemented with 2016 and 2015, it was disgorged with a dosage of nine grams per liter.

Laurent-Perrier’s dry style is reflected in this crisp, elegant and fine Champagne. The character is mineral, taut, with a great burst of citrus and white fruit acidity. The ensemble creates a delicious food-friendly wine. Best Buy
91 Points from John Gilman
The non-vintage Brut bottling of “La Cuvée” from Laurent-Perrier is made from a composition of at least fifty percent chardonnay, thirty to thirty-five percent pinot noir and the balance pinot meunier. The bottling includes at least fifteen percent reserve wines and is given four years aging sur latte prior to disgorgement. The wine is bright and complex on the nose, wafting from the glass in a mix of apple, lemon, bread dough, chalky minerality, raw almond and a gently floral topnote. On the palate the wine is bright, focused and full-bodied, with a fine core of fruit, lovely soil inflection, elegant mousse and a long, zesty and well balanced finish. Fine juice that will age well and will be even a bit more complex with three to five years in the cellar.
Winemaker Notes
The wine comes from the purest grape juice and it alone allows Laurent-Perrier to craft 'La Cuvée', a champagne of great finesse and a beautiful freshness obtained after a long ageing process in our cellars.
Pale gold in color. Fine bubbles feed a persistent mousse. A delicate nose with hints of fresh citrus and white flowers. The wine’s complexity is expressed in successive notes like vine peach and white fruits notes. A perfect balance between freshness and delicacy with fruity flavors very present on the finish.
Food Pairings
This fresh and pure wine is perfect for an apéritif. Its citrus and white fruits notes and its remarkable balance supported by a subtle effervescence, make it an ideal accompaniment to poultry and the finest fish.
