The Hope family has been farming in Paso Robles for more than 30 years. The terroir of this domain expresses itself in its unique regional character. Their estate vineyards are SIP Certified ensuring they are focusing on preservation and protection of natural resources. 
This medium bodied wine is balanced with dusty tannins and with a touch of bright acidity. The smooth palate gives flavors of blackberry, black currant, leather, savory herbs, black pepper, dark cherry and sweet oak that mingle with earthy notes. It's a very food friendly wine that could go well with burgers or a rib eye steak.
