Winemaker Notes
The ripened Riesling grapes of the Heinz Eifel Auslese are picked by hand from the steep slopes of the Middle Mosel. The grapes are harvested no earlier than late October or early November. This wine is rich in flavors with scents of honey, almonds, ripe apricots and mango.
