Winemaker Notes
Pecorino Ciprea has a bright color with greenish reflections. Bouquet rich in complexity in which the aromas of yellow fruit and sage predominate. Evolution in the glass is slow and progressive and oxygenation brings out mineral notes. It is a full wine, persistent, elegant on the palate, characterized by a fresh and well-balanced acidity. Good aging capacity.
