95 Points Decanter
A sense of balance is what first comes to mind with the Stonestreet Estate Chardonnay. Sourced mainly from vineyards between 1,600 and 1,800 feet, right where the inversion layer settles each morning, this wine captures the nuance of elevation. Aged for 10 months in 15% light-toast new French oak, with a portion fermented and aged in stainless steel, the blend exhibits both texture and lift. The nose offers a mix of citrus and freshly ripe nectarines. The palate exhibits a subtle richness, with notes of candied ginger and chamomile tea, carried by vibrant acidity through a long, focused finish.
94 Points Jeb Dunnuck
A bright yellow hue, the 2022 Chardonnay Estate is savory on the nose and opens to notes of chamomile, wet stones, fresh peach, honeyed citrus, and brothy richness, although it remains fresh. The palate is full and long, with both ripe orchard fruit and a savory feel. It would be exceptional to pair with roast chicken, which would let this wine shine. Drink 2025-2035.
93 Points Robert Parker's Wine Advocate

It's balanced by vibrant acidity and has a long, layered finish. 2,376 cases produced.
Winemaker Notes
As a blend of our best Chardonnay vineyard sites, the Estate bottling is always one of the most compelling illustrations of our mountain estate. The wine is blended with discerning precision, balancing aromatic intrigue, texture and the Mayacamas’ signature structural elements into a pure reflection of the vintage. The 2022 Estate Chardonnay exhibits notes of caramel apple and pineapple upside down cake with subtle salinity. The rich and round palate is highlighted by fresh tropical fruits, salted caramel, and a clean inviting finish.
