Full-bodied, concentrated, and pure on the palate, it has fine tannins, beautiful balance, and a great finish. It's concentrated, but this is more about finesse and elegance.

Inky dark fruit, chocolate, new leather, spice, espresso, menthol and copious new oak are all dialed up. As always, the Odette Cabernet is more a wine of style than of place, but its beauty is pretty undeniable. Dense and rich on the close, the 2021 is impossible to ignore.
