Vibrant and fresh aromas of jalapenos, slate, white pepper and wet river stones. The palate is light-bodied with a racy acidity and high-tension mouthfeel, showing flavors of snow peas, sea spray and oyster shells. Made with grapes from a sea-view vineyard in the heart of the Awatere Valley.
 
Winemaker Notes:
The nose is lifted with citrus aromas of lime and grapefruit, fresh herbs, tropical fruits and blackcurrant bud. Palate The palate shows flavors of tropical fruits, balanced by a crisp citrus acidity and a subtle minerality to help create great length.
Pair with fresh seafood with citrus based sauces, sushi, goats cheese or chicken dishes cooked with herbs like dill or parsley.
