Winemaker Notes
The 2021 Eola-Amity Hills Rosé of Pinot Noir is comprised of two estate Vineyard sites, Cristom's own "Paul Gerrie Vineyard" (named for the winery's co-founder) and "Eileen Estate Vineyard". Also in the cuvee is fruit from Larry Stone Vineyard, named for the renowned master sommelier and founder of Lingua Franca Winery. Grapes are hand-harvested at the perfect levels of rightness and acidity. Fruit from these vineyard sites marry perfectly, allowing us to craft a nuanced, refreshing Rosé.
