Winemaker Notes
Pian delle Vigne Rosso di Montalcino is a vibrant ruby red color. On the nose, aromas of red fruit, especially cherries and strawberries are followed by lavender and tobacco. On the palate, the wine is fresh, fruity and balanced with a long, savory finish.
This well-defined red leads with pure, juicy black cherry flavors. Starts out supple, before powdery tannins emerge on the savory, earthy finish. Drink now through 2027.

It is the perfect complement for roasted and grilled meat (both beef and white meat), cheeses and casserole dishes.
