Winemaker Notes
Fruit-forward aromas, including crushed red raspberry, Bing cherry and red currant, are supported by savory undertones of wet forest floor, morel mushroom and a hint of tar. On the palate, the wine shows medium acidity and an approachable yet structured tannin profile with a good mid-palate concentration of fruit. Bright red fruits envelop the palate and glide into a fruit-forward finish where the minerality provides extra complexity.
