A full-bodied, nicely tannic and robustly flavored wine that's deep in black plum and black cherry notes, with ample dark chocolate, mocha and toast accents. So reasonably price for a Napa cab, and widely available. Smooth but supportive tannins around well-concentrated fruit flavors. Aged in 30% new American oak barrels. Drink now or hold.
 
Winemaker Notes
On the nose, our Allomi Cabernet offers inviting aromas of warm vanilla, strawberry, and cedar, complemented by gentle barrel spice notes of cinnamon and nutmeg. The entry is soft and tea-like, leading into a juicy, fruit-forward palate with hints of cocoa and subtle cedar on the finish. Dusty tannins give way to velvety vanilla and berry flavors, creating a smooth, lingering finish — a perfect reminder of why this is one of our most popular Napa offerings
